Components of an Online Store from You Regatta 

● You Regatta creates an online store site that mirrors your organization’s page or fits other parameters listed by the client. 

● Setup of the store is free of charge 

● Hosting of the online store is free of charge 

● You Regatta will digitize up to 5 logos for embroidery free of charge

● You Regatta will provide the client with a site address to link to the organization’s website and to share via social media. 

● You Regatta will guide the client in the selection of items to be sold by the online store, but the final decision is up to the client. 

● You Regatta will suggest retail pricing, but the final decision is up to the client. 

● You Regatta will manage the ecommerce for the store 

● You Regatta will produce or procure all ordered items 

● You Regatta will fulfill all orders and communicate directly with the buyer regarding said order. 

● You Regatta will ship or arrange pick up for all completed orders.

● You Regatta will share the profits from all orders 80% You Regatta/20% Client. 

● Bulk orders: There are some items that have minimum order amounts, in this case the client will purchase a bulk order at wholesale pricing to supply the online store: 

     ○ You Regatta will house all or part of the bulk items 

     ○ Use these items to fulfill online orders 

     ○ Pay client 100% of the retail price for each of these items purchased

● Profits from the online store will be paid out quarterly. 

● Items can be added or removed from the store at any time.

● Apparel can be customized for an additional fee 

● There is no time requirement for working with us 

● Stores can be public or private 

● You Regatta can provide coupon codes and gift certificates for the store

● You Regatta will provide a flier with QR code to help promote the store

 

 

What does the Client need to do? The answer is not much: 

● Provide any existing artwork files, preferably in vector format ● Provide style guide, if one exists 

● Provide any PMS/Pantone Colors for artwork 

● Provide font for logo 

● Promote the store! See attached Online Store Marketing Guide - the more you do the more you earn and the better your club or event is branded and known. 

 

Additional Services Provided by You Regatta: 

● You Regatta can create logos or artwork for an additional design fee. All artwork created by You Regatta is owned by You Regatta. 

● You Regatta can provide specific “campaign” pages to the online store for special events, free of charge. 

● You Regatta can provide additional supplies for your club/organization including but not limited to: 

     ○ Stationary 

     ○ Stickers 

     ○ Uniforms 

     ○ Apparel specific to events 

     ○ Awards & Trophies 

     ○ Signage 

     ○ Promotional Goods
